Why we're different
A lake house is not a subdivision house
Waterfront and near-water homes carry a humidity load that inland rules of thumb simply miss. Oversize the equipment — which is the easy, lazy, profitable thing to do — and it short-cycles, never runs long enough to pull moisture out, and leaves you with a cold, clammy house and a musty crawlspace.
