- If you complete the estimate form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, town and message you enter. You choose what to put in it.

Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes you have asked for.
- To schedule and carry out work, and to keep service records.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our web host and, if applicable, scheduling or invoicing software — and only as far as they need it to do that job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Third-party services on this site
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address. No analytics or advertising trackers are installed on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 18 months if they do not become jobs. Records relating to completed work are kept for 7 years to meet warranty, tax and insurance requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Write to service@kingfishercomfort.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the North Carolina Identity Theft Protection Act, the CCPA/CPRA, or the UK and EU GDPR. Those rights are described here in general terms only.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
